Communications
The way we communicate is changing. Telephony across the internet, instant messaging, text, unified messaging, Web 2.0. How do you make sense of this all and stay ahead of the game?
We may be able to help. 2e2 was a pioneer of IP Telephony and has been Cisco’s leading partner for over a decade. We remain the only UK Gold partner to hold the prestigious Unified Communications Master accreditation, which sets us aside technically from our competitors. We support in excess of 200,000 IP Telephones across our customer base, so when it comes to telephony, you will be in safe hands.
More recently we have become one of Microsoft’s strategic partners for Unified Communications solutions, and were one of the first to deploy the Office Communications Server technology in the UK.
The majority of our clients come to us for help in replacing ageing PBX networks. We really understand how to do this because, unlike the vast majority of Cisco and Microsoft partners, we used to be a PBX reseller.
Worried about how to update the iSDX, SX2000, Norton, Definity, Meridian, Sopho or MD110 infrastructure that your business has reliably used for years? We are the experts. We’ve delivered green field and migration projects spanning every enterprise PBX platform available, and we’ll work alongside you every step of the way, controlling risk and gaining user acceptance.
Our customers tell us that they want more than just project delivery though. They want a strategic partner with whom they can use their investment to deliver innovation.
Some of our customers have asked us to align IP Telephony projects in support of flexible working initiatives or strategic accommodation reviews. Others want telephony integrated into their business process applications. Some ask us to own their messaging strategy, integrating email and voicemail platforms. Some wish to deploy mobile solutions, or want to understand how Microsoft OCS, IM and presence fits into the picture.
We’ve also worked with customers implementing IP Telephony in anticipation of merger and acquisition activity, to enable real fleet on foot in deploying voice services to growing, shrinking or fast changing businesses.
Whether building contact centres, meeting compliance regulations, encouraging mobility, or simply replacing an old PBX network our customers have one thing in common; they are making an investment in a platform on which they can improve the way in which their people communicate and make decisions.
