Our trainers are fully trained and where necessary certified in their area of expertise. Our service includes all of the up front consultancy and administration that a training programme of this nature requires.
Feedback is gained from all courses and can be fed back at the end of the project.
End User Training
We are able to deliver training programmes in a number of ways. Our training is designed to both improve the take up of the technology and give the users confidence in the new phones, enabling them to use the features of the phone to improve productivity.
Courses can be delivered in the classroom by our fully trained instructors, all of whom come from a telephony background, so they understand the technology implicitly, as well as the issues that users will face when using the IP phone system.
Training courses are usually undertaken the week prior to go live, and floorwalking staff are then present on go live day to ensure that the users are able to log in, and that all of the required features are being fully utilised.
We can provide a bespoke user guide for the phone system which can be provided with each phone, and will cover the basic features that users require on a daily basis.

Certified Cisco courses leading to CVP certification
The CCVP certification recognizes the increased importance placed on IT professionals of today who are responsible for integrating voice technology into underlying network architectures. Individuals who earn a CCVP certification can help create a telephony solution that is transparent, scalable, and manageable. Earning a CCVP certification validates a robust set of skills in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network. The certification content focuses on Cisco Systems CallManager, quality of service (QoS), gateways, gatekeepers, IP phones, voice applications, and utilities on Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches.

Bespoke System Administrator Courses
These courses are designed for the system administrators who will be adding new users and setting up hunt groups etc. They are fully tailored to match the configuration of the system that is going in.
These courses are designed to give the System Administrators the necessary skills in a safe environment, so that they can undertake their work confidently post implementation, and especially once the installation experts have move don to the next project.
Courses can cover Call Manager, Unity, IPCC System Admin, Berbee and Arc.
Courses can be undertaken at either the client site or in our training centre in Central London.

Operator Training for both Arc and the Cisco Console
The switchboard Operators are essential to a smooth cut over and 2e2 Training are able to provide the training and consultancy to ensure the Operators are both fully trained, the information stored in their database is correct and they are confident in its use.
We also recommend that our consultant is available on go live day to ensure that the operators are able to handle calls coming in and queries as they arise.
This training is undertaken at the clients site and Operators are usually trained 2-3 at a time. Courses generally last for half a day.
