Post-Training Support Our training provision does not stop once you leave the classroom; we offer complimentary telephone and email support for all delegates who have attended a course with us, for 90 days after the course date, so should any of our delegates have trouble completing a task which was covered in their training, they can assured that our trainers are on hand to assist as required.
Training Needs Analysis
In order to prescribe the level of course you need, we first need to establish your current level of knowledge. That’s where our Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service comes in. Our TNA questionnaires are task-based and once completed are submitted to our team of trainers who can quickly establish the users current skill level. Questionnaires can be web-based, paper-based, or conducted via personal interview depending on the clients requirements. We can evaluate any number of TNA’s – from one person through to a complete audit of your organisation’s staff.
My Skills Portal
Each course attendee receives access to our online portal - www.myskillsportal.com - where they have access to online support, downloadable course materials and their course completion certificate. The portal also features a forum for students to discuss their experiences with the software and ask our trainers for assistance.
