New partnership for 2e2's consultancy division
Motifact partners with newScale and wins first joint contract
2e2 Group, the leading IT managed services provider is delighted to announce that Motifact, the consultancy division of the Group, has formed a new business partnership with newScale, the leader in Service Portfolio Management. Based in the UK, Netherlands and Belgium, Motifact is a provider of IT managed services to medium and large organisations in both the private and public sector.
The newly formed partnership means that Motifact is now certified to sell, implement and provide training on newScale solutions to Global 2000 organisations based in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Dominic O’Riley, vice president of Europe, Middle East and, Africa (EMEA), newScale commented: “Over the past few months, we have seen a significant increase in the number of European clients studying and deploying IT Service Catalog and Service Portfolio Management software solutions. Motifact will extend newScale’s reach in the marketplace and will bring Benelux customers an increased level of service and expertise.”
The partnership has already proven to be a success with the two companies already wining their first joint contract with one of the world’s largest companies.
The contract has seen Motifact successfully deploy the newScale RequestCenter(R) at the customer’s headquarters in the Netherlands, which will manage more than 100 IT services for more than 3,000 IT staff worldwide. Over the next few months, the solution will be rolled out to more than 100,000 employees around the globe.
