2e2 acquires 3rd data storage specialist
Kingswell Data Management joins 2e2 Group
2e2 Group, the leading provider of IT managed services, is delighted to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the data storage specialist Kingswell Data Management Limited (“Kingswell”).
Established in 1992, Kingswell brings over twelve years of data management experience and knowledge to the 2e2 Group. As a supplier of data management, data availability and data storage solutions, the company will complement and enhance the services already offered by 2e2’s subsidiary TriSys.
The acquisition of Kingswell will bring around £6m of revenues to 2e2 as well as providing additional manpower and skills that will enable them to jointly compete within the data management market. The combining of the TriSys and Kingswell operations creates one of the largest data management providers in the UK, therefore enabling the group to compete for and manage large-scale data management business. This will be of significant benefit to the 2e2 group ensuring that it has a major presence in the fast growing data management market.
