2e2 Group are set to grow managed services to 30% of revenues
2e2 Group, one of the leading IT Managed Services providers in the UK and Netherlands, is delighted to announce that its managed services revenues have grown to over 25% of expected revenues for the full year. This has increased from just over 20% at the beginning of the year as a result of an increased focus in this area and a number of large-scale projects being secured during 2005. The growth in this area is forecast to continue with managed services expected to represent 30% of revenues by the end of this year.
Terry Burt, CEO of the Group, commented, “We are extremely satisfied with our achievements so far and we are delighted with the predicted increase in managed service revenues. It is a result of not only our focus on the provision of a complete managed services solution for our customers but also of our strength of offering and market reputation.”
The success in this area has seen 2e2 become one of the market leaders in the provision of IT managed services, where 2e2’s managed services team has consistently demonstrated its ability to provide the full lifecycle of services to support, operate and continually improve their customers’ IT infrastructure.
As a result, the majority of contracts have been derived from existing customer relationships reflecting a positive customer experience and complete trust in 2e2’s capabilities. However an increasing proportion has been driven by new business wins, which is clear evidence of the Company’s increasing recognition as a leader in the field.
Furthermore, the contract wins are being secured in all areas of the business, with each subsidiary making a contribution. Together they constitute a balanced portfolio of companies that provides a sound platform to support further growth.
Out of the various agreements, public sector contracts are expected to represent 24% of the Group’s managed services revenues, reflecting the continuing strong demand from this sector and 2e2’s successes in delivering projects to several public bodies.
Terry Burt continued, “With greater market presence and critical mass, we are making life increasingly more difficult for our competitors and increasingly better for our customers. I look forward to continued success in this area as the Group continues to expand.”
