Managed Services - - On-Site Support
2e2’s pool of technical resources can be extended to our customers to fill resource and skills gaps often at short notice to work as part of a customer team and on a part time or full time basis as part of an SLA driven Managed Service.
For permanent requirements for out-tasked services 2e2 provides a Managed Service based on a pre agreed scope of service and associated measurement criteria. 2e2 manages the resource selection process and provides back-fill for holidays, projects, long-term sickness, and skills rotation if required.
A 2e2 Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is accountable for the on site resource and for ensuring delivery against the pre defined service scope and measurement criteria.
Alternatively we offer a shared service whereby we shared 2e2 technical resources between 2 or more customers.
