The current PISAM (Procurement, Installation, Support and Maintenance) contract enables Production Services within the Isle of Man Government’s Information Systems Division to:

- ensure applications are managed and delivered in a robust manner and conform to desktop security
Solution
2e2 Isle of Man is contracted within procurement, installation, support and maintenance. This includes the following:
- Desktop PC and peripheral support
- HP servers
- Factory (Application packaging, SMS management and advanced AD admin support)
- Staging Area, the delivery and development of desktop services
- Government PC desktop and notebook installations. This will include desktop image deployment, site delivery and installation within agreed SLA timescales, support and maintenance of the hardware estate, stock management, loans and evaluations, disposals complying with BS27001 standards, management, monitoring and reporting and finally management of printer estate including preventative measures
- Secondary schools support (4 of 5 schools)
- Administration and student server environments
- Desktops and peripheral equipment
- Cisco network infrastructures
- Supply of technical resources - Support backfill (1st, 2nd and 3rd line), technical architect, operator
