ITIL
We engineer our delivery processes around the industry-recognised ITIL standards ensuring that we deliver to the highest standards of IT Service Management. Our use of ITIL allows us to:

CoBIT
2e2 promotes the use of the CoBIT principles to drive good practice for control over information, IT and related risks. Its guidance enables us to implement client projects that employ effective governance over the IT that is pervasive and intrinsic throughout the enterprise.
Prince 2
2e2 has adopted a structured approach to project and programme management. We employ a pragmatic implementation of the Prince 2 standard to ensure that projects are run effectively and smoothly. We work to identify risk areas and potential issues and then plan and manage proactively to promote well executed and successful project missions.
ISO 27001
2e2 supports a programme of full awareness of information security policies and procedures to all employees. 2e2 believes that the responsibility for information security best-practice embraces every aspect of our operation, supporting our overriding objective of delivering a best-practice managed services portfolio to all of our clients.
We operate a structured guidance program founded on best practice adoption, conformance, and/or full adoption of a number of industry or professional compliance programs. Information Security Management System s (IS O27001) forms a key part of the 2e2 Compliance Standards Strategy delivering the highest quality services portfolio to our clients at all times.
