June 2010 saw 2e2 acquire Morse plc. The merged company creates a substantial, services rich, organisation that offers customers a broader and deeper range of applications, technology, communication and data centre solutions across the entire ICT lifecycle.

In 2009, 2e2’s Group turnover was £200million. Following the acquisition of Morse, turnover has increased to £430m and 2e2 now employs over 2,000 staff, operating across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Benelux, USA, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
